Way, W.F. – Private May 15, 1862. Furloughed from lackson Hospital at Richmond, Virginia, for 60 days on account of sickness, September 1864. Roll for October 31, 1864, last on file, shows him sick in Savannah, Georgia, hospital. Pension records indicate that he was unable to return to his unit by reason of illness contracted in the service.
Winn, C.V. – Enlisted as a private in Captain Winn’s Company, 1 st Battalion, Georgia Cavalry, October 1, 1861. Roll for February 1862, last on file, shows him “Present.” Enlisted as a private in Company B, 20th Battalion, Georgia Cavalry, May 15, 1862. Sent to hospital October 24, 1864. No later record.
Winn, Theodore N. – Enlisted as a private in Company E, 25th Regiment, Georgia Infantry, August 27, 1861. Discharged because of disability September 3, 1862, at Causton’s Bluff, Georgia. Enlisted as a private in Company B, 20th Battalion, Georgia Cavalry, May 27, 1863. Transferred to Company H, 25th Regiment, Georgia Infantry, May 1, 1864. Appointed regimental ordinance sergeant July 8, 1864. No later record.
